  • 2 cups shredded rooster breast (about 12oz)
  • ½ cup bbq sauce (sugar free)
  • 1 ½ cup chopped crimson cabbage
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup monterey jack cheese
  • ¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles

Technique

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF and put together a casserole dish with non-stick spray.
